In the summer of 2013 Land Deleot and a group of 5 investors bought 400 acres, 10 miles from downtown Nashville. The group created a Timber management plan, harvested timber, put the property in Green Belt, and sold 20 acres to pay down basis.  The property is positioned for timber and wildlife management, and a future low density conservation neighborhood.
