The Albemarle condominium project was a partnership between Land Deleot and real estate veteran Crews Johnston (under the ownership of Albermarle, LLC).  The partnership renovated 21 1920’s apartment units-- adding central heat and air, redoing kitchens, and bathrooms, and updating common areas.  Within two years, the partnership completed the renovations and sold each unit.
