In December 2006, Del Rio, LLC purchased the old Lovett Food building in Franklin, Tennessee. The partnership retained the anchor tenant, Del Rio Wine and Spirits, and removed the old façade.  The façade renovation was designed by Manuel Zeitlin Architects.
